And another thing that cause it among the people, is getting between two opinions. That'll cause amnesia. And it gets you to a place where you--you, actually, what you've done, you've lost your reasons. You've lost your mind. You can't make... You don't know who you are. You can't identify yourself. You can walk around, eat and everything, but, you, still you can't identify yourself. You have got your scholarly education, you can... same education you had, but you don't know where it come from, you don't know who you are, where you belong. That's amnesia, so we are told. ~ 64-0411  SPIRITUAL AMNESIA

    ***

When a person has amnesia, they have forgotten who they are. But just learning ABOUT yourself is not being cured. For example, a person who doesn’t know they are Sam Jones and then they are told their name is Sam Jones, is not cured. The cure for amnesia is that the memory is restored. The thing that was hidden inside you has now been revealed. The Baptism of the Holy Ghost does not MAKE you Sam Jones. It leads you to the KNOWING that you are Sam Jones. You cannot know by learning. You only know by revelation.

43   But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.    44   Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh. ~ MATTHEW 24:43-44

    ***

There is no question that the context of this scripture is a secret, surprise coming of the Lord. Through the years, many have tried to predict when the Lord will come. Some have certain calculations, scriptures, quotes, alignment of stars, moons, etc. and all have failed. There is a condition that Jesus speaks of here, and one that makes the most sense, spiritually. “In such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.” In the hour when you think not, or you QUIT YOUR THINKING, that is when He can come to you. The rapture is not an event. It is a victory.

22   Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:      23   Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. ~ I PETER 1:22-23

    ***

The incorruptible seed is your election. It is the state you would have been born in had there not been a fall. The Baptism of the Holy Ghost is the “obeying the truth through the Spirit”, which brings the born again experience. You are no longer the same person you were because the first birth has passed away in order to allow the second birth to proceed. Where is your origin now? “Born not of the will of man but of God” (John 1:13). Does being born again mean you are Bride? The Holy Ghost will only identify the seed that is there. It will not change a person to make them Bride. In the false anointed ones (Matt 24:24), receiving the Holy Ghost does not make them elect. It cannot lead a seed that is not there. By the same token, if a person is Adam’s race, they can receive the Holy Ghost, and it will only produce the election that they are. It will not make them Bride.

    317. Will all borned again believers go in the rapture?

No, just the remnant, just the remnant, not all born again believers. The Bible said, "And the rest of the dead lived not for a thousand years," and then they was raised up and separated, the sheep from the goats. Not all borned again will go in the... according to the Scripture. ~ 64-0823E  QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 2

I have often wondered about people that seem to really have a relationship with the Lord and yet are not part of the Message. We are familiar with foolish virgins (Matt 25) who do not have the oil (Holy Spirit) and will seal their testimony in their blood by martyrdom, but what about these people? What about Christians in different parts of the world that are being martyred right now, yet are not Message believers? I think we are too quick to just write people off as false anointed or foolish virgins and fail to recognize that there are people who are true believers and have the Holy Ghost. What happens to them in a tribulation I do not know, but the blanket of God’s mercy definitely extends beyond the Bride.

14   But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;     15   And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.     16   All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:     17   That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. ~ II TIMOTHY 3:14-17

    ***

These are some of the last written words of Paul, and what a profound thing he is telling us. It is important that the Word was restored in this day, so important that we must be careful not to forsake the Word Itself. All doctrine, all reproof and correction, all instruction, must come from the Word and be based on the Word. The prophet pointed us to the Word, and it is our absolute.

9   But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.     10   But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. ~ I CORINTHIANS 2:9-10

    ***

It would appear that the “things which God hath prepared” would be conditions in heaven or things like that, but the Spirit wasn’t given to satisfy our curiosity. The revealing unto us by His Spirit, I believe, has to do with recognizing the nature of God and how He does things. It is like when you really know someone very well, like your spouse or your child, and they start doing something that is unusual to their normal way. You would say, “That’s out of character for them.” What about having the Spirit of God to know the things of God? Wouldn’t it be the same? We recognize God by His actions because we know the way He does things. Many things happen in our life that we don’t understand, but it is our love and trust in God that gives us a peace that is different than the peace the world seeks. We just know that God is doing what He knows needs to be done.

2   And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.     3   And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.     4   And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? ~ REVELATION 13:2-4

    ***

This is the same beast Daniel saw in Dan 7. Daniel saw four beasts, but this is the accumulation of all four. We know the beast is manifested in organized religion, but the fact that it is called a “beast” tells its origin. The word beast is therion, which is a “wild animal”. Think about that. A person that lives wholly by his freshly spirit realm is an animal. In the garden Adam was created theophany and put into a flesh body. When in this condition he had a choice to live by his flesh or live by his theophany. In other words, if he lived by his theophany he would live in fellowship with God, but living by his flesh caused him to die. This beast at the end time is the accumulation of six thousand years of fallen man. It is Satan’s kingdom, his attempt to make a kingdom better than God’s kingdom. It’s about to end.

14   And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.     15   And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. ~ REVELATION 13:14-15

This is a prophecy of the United States at the end time. The beast, specifically the mark of the beast, is believing that church attendance or even clean living is sufficient for God’s favor. It is a Cain offering. Take it or leave it. I was thinking about great persecution of Christians all over the world and wondered how many Christians would be loyal in the US if they were threatened with their lives the way they are in other countries. The beast promotes passive religion, and even in the Message we can fall into that same category of a passive believing, although we dress right and try to be good people. To fail to enter into being the manifestation of the Word of THIS HOUR is the danger of the false anointing of this day.

23   Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.    24   For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.    25   Behold, I have told you before.    26   Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. ~ MATTHEW 24:23-26

    ***

There is a true church and a false church; two spirits intertwined, growing together (Matt 13:24-30). Bro Branham preached “Anointed Ones at the End Time”, speaking about those who receive the true Holy Ghost to manifest signs but are off the Word. We consider denominationalism as being this false vine, but the prophet said it will be closer than that was, using examples from the Old Testament. This is the end time, where all things are coming to their climax. This false church will look exactly like the true, maybe even better, but the Bride will stay with the Word no matter how it separates Her from those She has walked with for many years. There can be no compromise now.

I wonder if we could think for a minute. Taking the people by the hand, not long ago, about twenty years ago, and a sign showed. Boy, there was more signs all over things, and everybody... One has got it in his right hand; one has got it in his left hand; the other one smells it. See, all kinds of... And I wonder... God won't let me tell you at this time what was really the truth, but one day you're going to find out. That was just to make their folly manifested. That wasn't right, at the beginning. I'll tell you, one day, if the Lord permits. ~ 65-0725M  THE ANOINTED ONES AT THE END TIME

    ***

I think this is a very interesting statement. “That wasn’t right, at the beginning.” Their, the Pentecostal imitators, folly was made manifested when they went after something that was not the perfect will of God. How many things do we just accept because Bro Branham said it? Maybe it is in the Word, or maybe it’s from Reader’s Digest, or just his opinion (which he said many times it was). Maybe it was to manifest a requirement that we find everything in the Word and if we can’t, we must be very careful about how we embrace it as a doctrine. There is a reading between the lines, that while some might abuse that thought, there is still a truth in the Spirit of God recognizing the principal truths of the Life of God Himself.
