His--His first being was Spirit, God, supernatural, all right, the great Eternal. Second, He begin to form Himself towards flesh, in a theophany, it's called "the Word; a body." This then is the state He was in when He met Abraham, was called Melchisedec. He was in the form of theophany. Now we'll get to that and prove it in a few minutes, the Lord willing. He was the Word. ~ 65-0221E  WHO IS THIS MELCHISEDEC

“He begin to form Himself towards flesh…” The thought that Christ had to be made perfect (Heb 2:10) still astounds me. If the Bride is part of Him, and He is not complete without Her, then this ultimate perfection lies in the placing of the Bride. If She doesn’t take Her position, the whole creation is lost. She bears the fruit of life, the seed of restoration, reconciliation, and if She fails to possess Her inheritance, then nothing can be restored. Christ was the beginning of the creation of God, God perfected in flesh, and the first fruit of many brethren to come. We, like Him, are the Word coming to flesh.

For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. ~ HEBREWS 2:10

    ***

There is so much to be said about this verse because I believe it is a key to understanding the result of redemption in us. It is almost a paradox that it can be said of Christ, “to make the captain of their salvation PERFECT…” Christ had to be made perfect?? When the Word was made flesh, He also emptied Himself in a way that He took on Him the form of a servant (Phil 2). He did this for the purpose of overcoming our condition and taking it to the Cross. It was in the death of this “spirit of servitude” that He Himself was perfected, returning to Logos again and being appointed Heir of all things (Heb 1:2). It is through this suffering that He perfected all those who were part of His Body expression. The barrier to our position, the humanity that formerly reigned in our life, had been dealt with and rendered powerless in us. Now we have been given the power to BE the Sons of God (John 1:12).

I'll see just how advanced my church is, on what we believe in; see just how advanced the people are; how they're ready to take the Sword and walk out in the front line, say, "I challenge you, Satan. See? I challenge you! You can't--you can't make me disbelieve anymore." What are these things done for? So that people will believe. It's the Word. It's where that shows that I am preaching to you the Truth, the Word. The Word made flesh, made flesh in you; made Word; made Life in you, made Life in me. See? ~ 63-0825E  PERFECT FAITH

When we are born again, it is the beginning of our walk. It puts us in a process of our flesh, not just the physical part, but the spiritual senses (memory, conscience, reason, affection, and imagination), all coming subject to the Word. Christ was Word made flesh, and we are flesh made Word. The completion of this process is what we call adoption. It is when He can say, “This is my Son! Hear ye Him!”, because our outward actions are all controlled by the inward Word that we are.

10   For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.   11   For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren, ~ HEBREWS 2:10-11

    ***

For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him (II Cor 5:21). Paul is showing us the humanity of Christ, even in His resurrection, because it took the suffering to bring Him to perfection. Perfection is not a sinless condition because Christ had to no sin, but He had to become our sin (made Him to be sin for us) that we could be sanctified, set aside for service, as He is. We are all ONE. He is Word made flesh, not “sinful” flesh, but Word with a body to express Himself. We are flesh made Word in a process that leads to Him being preeminent, which is how He saw us before sin began.

How can Jehovah see anything but that bloody Lamb standing there? And the Lamb proceeded out into the vision now, as It had been slain. Notice: come from the Father's throne... Oh, think, He... Where did He advance from, to this vision? He come from glory where He's seated at the right hand of God. He advanced forth to John out of glory. Oh, would not it be a glorious thing if our sinful thoughts tonight could be laid aside long enough to accepting Him, He would advance all the way from glory tonight to make Himself known to anyone: the Lamb advancing from glory for intercessions (All right.) to make claims now for His redemption... ~ 63-0317E  THE BREACH

    ***

The context is the Lamb stepping forth and claiming the Book of Redemption. He advanced all the way from glory where He had been seated on the throne. If we can lay aside our “sinful thoughts” then He will advance all the way from glory for you. Wow! “Sinful thoughts” are not necessarily lust, or thoughts of drinking or smoking. They are any thoughts that exalt themselves in a position of control, as opposed to God’s thoughts being preeminent. For the Lamb to claim you with the fullness of redemption, we must be surrendered fully to His perspective, with eternal thoughts.

11   In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:    12   That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.   13   In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,   14   Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory. ~ EPHESIANS 1:11-14

    ***

Christ did not die to leave us an inheritance. He purchased our inheritance and then gave us the earnest of what that inheritance is, the Holy Spirit. The earnest is not different from the fullness, only in manifestation. In other words, we have the Holy Spirit to lead us into ALL the truth (John 16:13), which is our inheritance. Our inheritance is not land, as Israel’s, but it is a position that Christ the Word (Logos) is heir to (Heb 1:2), and by virtue of being in Him, we are joint heirs. He has invited us to sit in His Throne.

And now, see, now you are already resurrected. When God raised Him up, He raised you. The Son is just now on you, and now you're growing into a blossom Life like He was, to be resurrected completely in that last day. Your potentials, you have now. Why do you know? Your soul changed, didn't it? Your body come in obedience to It, didn't it? In obedience to (what, a church?) the Word, which is the Life, then you are now resurrected from the dead. It is Easter, with Jesus and I. It's Easter, with you and Jesus. And it's Easter, with you, I, and Jesus. We are all... Or, Jesus, you, and I, we are all resurrected together. ~ 65-0418M  IT IS THE RISING OF THE SUN

    ***

Being “already resurrected” is not a figure of speech. It is the truth. We are now walking in an eternal Kingdom, as though sin never happened. Don’t look at yourself. Look at Him. “But we see Jesus” (Heb 2:9). Say it; “I am bone of His bone, FLESH of His FLESH; I AM HIM!” He is LOGOS!  The predestined fruit will only come from His garment, His Theophany, which YOU ARE.

I'm sure that Christian believers, they may not understand it (Bro Branham is speaking about the gift).  Neither do I, but we just know that it's truth. God said so, and we realize that it takes something out of you. It's like the--the Daniel, a prophet, in the Bible, he saw one vision. He said he was troubled at his head for many days. In other words, a vision causes you to be in two worlds at the same time. You're in this world here now, yet you're in another world; and you're speaking over there knowing that your voice is heard back here. Place your yourself there once and just see what it'll do for you. ~ 53-1204  AT THY WORD

    ***

I am not saying that we have a gift like Bro Branham’s, although we have the same God living in us and have the potential to know the Mind of Christ. But what I believe is that when we recognize, not by intellectual conception, that we are RIGHT NOW resurrected, it puts us into another world perspective. It is as though we live in two worlds at the same time. We are walking in a dimension this world knows nothing about, with eyesight that sees things differently, with affection that is a reflection of the eternal, and at the same time we are interacting with people and objects of time. It puts a different outlook on our jobs. Everything in our life is about the Kingdom of God. It is not about leaving our problems at the door of the church because everything we are involved in takes on a different view with an eternal objective.

Now notice this quickening Power, Zoe, bringing the Word, the mind that was in Christ was in you then. I'm trying to show you, that, you, when you raised. When God raised Jesus from the dead, He raised up you, also. And also quickened to Life, with Him, you are now quickened to Life, although then you were but an attribute in His thoughts, but God had saw all in Him, at the finish, see. ~ 65-0418M  IT IS THE RISING OF THE SUN

    ***

“When God raised Jesus from the dead, He raised up YOU, also.” Ephesians 1:11 tells us we “obtained” an inheritance in Christ. This doesn’t mean He died to give us an inheritance, as if He chose us from many others who COULD have been qualified to receive it. What Paul is telling us, when Christ raised from the dead, He was proving we were part of the Logos, the Word, from before time began. He was a great Light of predestination that was to shine down through the ages bringing everyone who was part of that same light to life. The root word of inheritance, inherit, heir, all of those words, is “lot”. Lots were used many times to determine the Mind of God. In I Samuel 14:41-42 Saul asked God for a “perfect lot”, and eventually Jonathan was “taken” because of his guilt in the matter. We see the same thing with Achan in Joshua 7:16-18. When Christ raised, the “lot” chose YOU because from the beginning you were part of Him. His resurrection chose YOU!

4   But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,    5   To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. ~ GALATIANS 4:4-5

    ***

I want us to think deeply about what adoption of Sons is. I feel like most believe it is coming into a supernatural talent to speak the Word, but it is really being translated by revelation into what you were originally intended to be. Think about what you would be had there never been a fall. Would you be a plumber or a policeman or an engineer? You would, as Bride, represent God among the human race that God created for fellowship. Whatever or however that is, is what adoption of Sons is. Christ redeemed you. He took you back from the place where you fell in order to restore you to His original objective for your existence. The tutorship has been to hone us for His purpose.
