For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead? ~ ROMANS 11:15

    ***

Just as Boaz had to redeem Naomi to get Ruth, Israel had to be extended redemption first, but when they rejected it, the Gospel turned to the Gentiles and by the Gentiles comes the reconciling of the whole world. When the Bride comes to Her position by the taking of the Book of Redemption, the life begins to flow, first to Israel and that is what Paul is referring to here. When Israel is reconciled it is the signal of “life from the dead”, the full effect of redemption on the whole creation.

"What must I do, Lord? Uh, what am I going to do here at the Red Sea?" "Didn't I tell you that I gave you a mountain for a sign out here? You are coming back to that mountain, and you're going to take these children to the land. Didn't I call you for that purpose? What are you worried about anything else stand in the way? Speak, and start moving!" Amen and amen! "Yeah, I called you for this purpose." ~ 63-0714M  WHY CRY SPEAK

    ***

“I called you for this purpose.” God had appeared to Moses and commissioned him to bring the Children of Israel back to Mt Sinai, but along the way there was a Red Sea that got in the way. Moses is standing there, “What must I do?” God told him the power is in the commission. The Red Sea had to obey him. What about us? What is our commission. What is our purpose. We must defeat this “escape mentality”, as if we are being rescued from this age. We are OVERCOMERS! Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. Our commission is in II Cor 5. We are the ministers of reconciliation. All creation is groaning waiting for the manifestation of Sons, because life flows through them. Jesus said, “I am the Vine. YOU are the Branches”, and the Branches bear the fruit.

Moses born, and then he was, afterwards, he was brought to the--the place where he was anointed. And, notice, the seed laying there with an intellectual conception, with all the faith that he was born to deliver this people, and yet it never come to Life until that Light from the burning bush flashed across it; until he seen, not something he read about, but something he seen with his eyes; Something that spoke to him, and he spoke back to It. Oh, how that did bring things to Life. ~ 63-0714M  WHY CRY SPEAK

“Not something he read about, but something he seen with his eyes.” Here is the problem. We use quotes and even scriptures, but we have never partaken, never really seen with our eyes. The Hebrew word “know” means to go through a door with your eye of understanding. We MUST have an experience with the Word. I’m not talking about some kind of supernatural thing, but I am talking about something that brings a KNOWING that cannot be moved by circumstances. We must have that “something” that says, “Where can we go, for this IS eternal life”.

7   Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:     8   For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. ~ MATTHEW 7:7-8

    ***

These verses are generally applied as God will give us whatever we want if we have enough faith to believe. The context of Jesus’ words is not about our physical needs but about spiritual wisdom to judge. Asking in prayer should never be about ourselves since eternal life is living for others. James 1:5 reinforces this thought by declaring that if you have a need for wisdom, to simply ask God and He will provide it, because it is the will of God for us to have the wisdom to discern and apply the Word of God.

4    One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.    5   For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock. ~ PSALM 27:4-5

    ***

There are several different Hebrew words for prayer, but this one stands out because it is found in this verse. “One thing have I desired…” which is the scripture Bro Branham used when he preached “Rapture”. No matter which word is used, prayer is never viewed to be requesting things. It is an asking or seeking information. Prayer should be a fellowship and not presenting your needs as if God is your personal vending machine. Jesus said, “ask and you shall receive”, but He also said, “ask IN MY NAME”. Asking in the Name of Jesus is asking according to His will. “Enquiring in His Temple” is asking or seeking information as a request to know His will. It is then that you can declare His will and KNOW that it will come to pass.

14   And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:     15   And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. ~ I JOHN 5:14-15

    ***

I wonder if we really believe this scripture. If we ask ANYTHING according to His will, HE HEARS US. His will. His will. How many times do we beg and beg and don’t receive what we request? The very simple answer is we are not asking something that is His will. God has a purpose that is bigger than your present situation. His Kingdom is being established and we are the ministers of that Kingdom. His will is to use His Bride to bring this Kingdom into manifestation. He must and will provide for THAT need. I believe He is revealing this Kingdom to His people and their praying becomes a declaration, speaking the Word of restoration.

Our Heavenly Father, look down now upon our hands. Them hands up, means that we surrender our all to You. You know what we have need of, Father, and we pray that You will supply our needs. Sometimes our wants are more than our needs. But, Father, You supply our needs, because we can ask that with faith. You promised You would do it. In the Name of Jesus Christ, I ask it. Amen. ~ 63-1201E  JUST ONCE MORE LORD

    ***

If we surrender our all to the Lord, then we should have confidence in His desire and ability to supply that we have need of. But what are our needs? God’s Own desire for our life, whether we are Bride or some other part of the economy of God, demands that He provide a way to walk the path He laid out for us. If we are to minister life, then He must provide us the means to minister. If we live on this earth then He must open the doors for our paths to reflect our eternal destination. Sometimes He makes His will known to us by how He supplies. If we have a human desire to go on a mission trip, but He doesn’t provide the means to go, then He is letting us know it is not His will.

Our services is not to bum people for money. If ever one time I ever hear of one of my managers begging for money, that's the end of the manager. We don't have no more managers like that. 'Cause when God don't supply my needs out here, He wants me to go home. And so we--and wait for another vision. ~ 52-0810A  I AM THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE

    ***

Unfortunately, it is the nature of man to try and force his way through life, perceiving his needs and begging and pleading, or even fighting to attain what he thinks is important to him. Bro Branham could have had that attitude. His ministry was unlike any other, yet he trusted God to provide without begging others or trying to inflict guilt on those who were able to support the work. He simply believed God would make a way for His Own will to come to pass. Human nature is our worst enemy, and it is the surrender of our will that is the center of a dedicated life.

7   The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.    8   O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.    9   O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him.    10   The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing. ~ PSALM 34:7-10

    ***

“There is NO WANT to them that fear Him.” The word “want” is what we know as our needs. In other words, those that fear the Lord have no needs. Either this is true or God’s Word is telling lies. It IS TRUE! There is a hidden thought here, and that is not just the difference between our wants and our true needs. The difference is our needs are identified as what we need to fulfill God’s desire for us, as long as we consider ourselves part of His plan. It is Christ living in us, and there is a purpose for that life. Whatever that purpose is, God is responsible for supplying the need. I believe God identifies His purpose in our lives, the direction, the plan, by supplying what is necessary. If the Lord wants you to go to a certain place, then He must furnish the means to do so. If He wants you to go to school, then He must furnish the means to do so. Whatever His will is for your life, He has a responsibility to meet that need.

12   What man is he that feareth the LORD? him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose.    13   His soul shall dwell at ease; and his seed shall inherit the earth.    14   The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant. ~ PSALM 25:12-14

    ***

Talk about fear of God is often used to frighten people into doing something they don’t want to. It tries to picture God as a giant ogre ready to send you to hell. Fear, whether it is fear of God or fear of the dark, while carrying in it the feeling of anxiety, actually means to respect or reverence. Fear, I believe, is the most powerful weapon that the enemy has. We will often say we have no fear, yet even that helpless feeling you get when you face unknown circumstances, is fear. Perfect love casts out all fear (I John 4:18), yet there should still be a respect and honor due to the will of God and that He is in control of every situation. We do not fear the consequences, but we respect the Author.
